By using HolidayPrograms, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the site.

HolidayPrograms helps parents and carers find kids holiday programs in Sydney and send enquiries directly to program providers.

HolidayPrograms is a discovery and enquiry platform. We are not a booking platform, payment provider, childcare provider, activity provider, agent, or marketplace.

You must use HolidayPrograms lawfully and responsibly.

You must not misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access systems without permission, or use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Program and provider information on HolidayPrograms may be provided by program providers or collected from publicly available sources, such as provider websites, social media pages, flyers, community notices, or public directories.

We try to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

Programs listed on HolidayPrograms may change, fill up, be cancelled, or become unavailable without notice.

Parents and carers are responsible for confirming all details directly with the relevant provider, including dates, times, prices, locations, age suitability, supervision, safety requirements, cancellation terms, and availability.

Program providers listed on HolidayPrograms are independent third parties.

HolidayPrograms does not operate, control, endorse, supervise, or take responsibility for any provider, program, venue, staff member, activity, communication, booking, payment, refund, cancellation, injury, loss, or dispute.

Any arrangement you make with a provider is between you and that provider.

When you submit an enquiry through HolidayPrograms, we may send the information in that enquiry to the relevant provider so they can respond to you directly.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, reservation, contract, or guarantee that the provider will respond.

HolidayPrograms does not currently process bookings, take payments, hold funds, manage refunds, or confirm places in programs.

Any booking, payment, refund, cancellation, or service arrangement must be handled directly with the relevant provider.

Parents and carers do not need to create an account to use HolidayPrograms or submit an enquiry.

Because there are no parent accounts, HolidayPrograms does not provide account management features, saved profiles, passwords, or account history for parents.

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, layout, branding, text, and other materials on HolidayPrograms are owned by or licensed to HolidayPrograms.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, or commercially exploit site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Providers can contact us to request corrections, updates, or removal of their listing.

We may update, reject, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of HolidayPrograms.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, including information submitted through enquiry forms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolidayPrograms is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, injury, delay, missed opportunity, or dispute arising from your use of the site, reliance on listing information, communication with providers, or participation in any program.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of HolidayPrograms at any time.

We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the effective date shown above.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You agree that any dispute relating to these terms or your use of HolidayPrograms will be dealt with by the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
